Runtz

Strains

Runtz is a well-balanced strain of both Indica and Sativa (50% Indica and 50% Sativa), resulting from crossing gelato #33 and Zkittlez strains. Different phenotypes of Runtz show different THC levels, making it nearly impossible to have a figure for this strain. Many of them have shown THC levels in the range of 19% to 29%. And we bet this is quite a wide range.

The strain has shown good yield when cultivated both indoors and outdoors. Like many other cannabis strains, Runtz has slightly higher yields when grown outdoors, recording around 600 grams per plant. This strain takes a bit longer to mature, flowering after 60 days. It is known for its dense foliage and high demand for it in the market.

The buds have very dense grape-shaped olive-green nugs, characterized by thin orange hairs and a coating of frosty white-purple trichomes. Runtz has a fruity flavor of tropical citrus and sour berry galore. The aroma is that of a pineapple that quickly turns stingy as the plant goes down in smoke.

Runtz effects begin with a knockout high because of its blend of phytochemicals. With a THC level as high as 29%, taking just a puff will immediately make you feel more relaxed while stimulates your mind to feel a surge of renewed creativity. Taking more doses will leave you sedated and fully couch-locked, an effect that will keep you in the same spot for many hours. Novice users should use it moderately because of the high THC content.

The euphoric and relaxing effects make it an ideal candidate for relieving stress, chronic pain, and anxiety. It is also a good choice for depressed individuals. It takes away your woes and worries, leaving you feeling better and a sweet aftertaste of candy in your palate. Take more doses when you are ready for hours of rest that Runtz will force you to.
