Berry Noir Strain Review

Berry Noir forms not very dense foliage with buds coming out after about 7 weeks. The rounded buds are characterized by white trichomes and red-orange pistils protruding out of them. The buds are aromatic and packed with tons of flavors of fruitiness, citrus tones, and licorice-like aftertaste. They are also characterized by skunky pungency. There is also limited information about the growing conditions, and the seeds are not commercially available. If you are lucky to find some, try out different growing conditions and settle on the most favorable one.

Berry Noir is known as the nightcap strain, possibly because of its characteristic high effect that will immediately give you a sleepy feeling. The highs begin in the head and slowly spread to the hands and the rest of the body, making you feel tingly and euphoric. This particular strain is recommended for treating insomnia because of its couchlock effect. If you planned to stay active, then this is not the right strain for you. As the high subsides, a pang of hunger strikes, making you throw anything edible in your mouth. Berry Noir is the best to treat people with loss of appetite and relieve chronic conditions such as depression, stress, bipolar, and anxiety. You should, however, take it with precaution as many users have reported feeling dizzy and headache after use.

Adverse effects:

  • Dry mouth
  • Dry eyes
  • Paranoid
  • Dizzy
  • Headache
